  • Star 1 Skills ⭐️

    1. Starting on knees and standing to safety position
    2. Marching steps on the spot and rotating to the left and right
    3. Marching steps to forward movement
    4. Marching steps and rolling with arms out to the side
    5. Marching steps and crouch with arm in front
    6. Marching steps with 1 leg balance 3 seconds each foot or hold position for inline
    7. Basic backward marching steps with safety back stop
    8. Forward rolling 2 foot jump
  • Star 2 Skills ⭐️⭐️

    1. Forward Slalom edges (2 foot edges)
    2. Forward 1 foot slalom edges
    3. Backwards 1 foot balance 3 seconds each foot or hold for inline
    4. Forward cross over both directions
    5. 2 foot turn forward - backward - forward using both skates
    6. T start - shoot the duck - turn backwards - back grouch and back stop
    7. 2 foot slide spin "the moxy spin"
    8. Backward rolling 2 foot jump
  • Star 3 Skills ⭐️⭐️⭐️

    1. Backwards slalom edges (2 foot edges)
    2. Backwards 1 foot slalom edges
    3. Forward arabesque and attempt backward arabesque
    4. Backward cross over both directions
    5. Mohawk turn both ways forward and backward
    6. 1 foot hop with right foot then left foot - Mohawk turn - 2 foot quick stop
    7. Heel and toe spin (focus on entry and body positions throughout the spin)
    8. 1/2 Rotation 2 foot jump with correct body positions for entry and exit
  • Star 4 Skills ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    1. Re-bend glife push with chasse
    2. Forward dance run - progressive steps
    3. Basic leg only positions for figure 1 & figure 2
    4. 1/2 loop jump and waltz jump
    5. 1 Foot spin IB upright (more than 1 round)
    6. Do backward figure 8 with minimum pushes
    7. Dance cross rolls progressive step and cross behind step
    8. Inside forward 3 turn on the landing foot and turn again to double 3 (attempt)
